Payment

ALL DEPOSITS ON DOGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Well times are tough all over. TOUGH. I have decided to start a new program designed to help you buy the puppy of your dreams. How it works is you are able to put down a down payment  $275.00 on a male puppy and $325.00 on your girl puppy you can take them home. Payments of $50.00 are to be paid on a monthly basis or on a weekly basis of $12.50. In order to use the payment plan you will need to sign a contract with me and I will not charge you any interest or service fee'€™s. During the time the puppy is in your care you must make sure the puppy is current on all shots and worming'€™s. (I expect this to be done anyway) You will sign a legal and binding document  (Promissory note) with me and when the puppy is paid for you will get your contract and registration papers if applicable. I have NEVER offered a payment plan before. I just want people to be able to buy the dog of their dreams and with the economy sucking like it does payments seems like the perfect way to help you. So, you figure out If you want to be on the once a week payment of $12.50 person or the month payment of $50.00 person. We can go from there. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or email. If I get taken advantage of I will discontinue this for everyone. Please don’t be the person that I have to tell people ruined their opportunity to get a puppy on payments. The payment plan is for my dogs only. The other members of the United Southern Oregon Breeders are not participants of the payment plans. So, if you are interested in a certain dog we first have to establish if it is one of my dogs versus a member of the USOB. Happy shopping!! If something happens to the puppy in your care and you give it to someone else etc. It is still YOUR responsibility to pay it off. There will be absolutely NO cash refunds. No exceptions. We are more than happy to hold your deposit until the right dog comes along and you have one year to select from time of making the deposit until the deposit is forfeited BY YOU. If You send a deposit for a particular dog and I hold that dog for you and then at the last minute you change your mind about the dog for any reason you lose your deposit as well.  Your satisfaction in picking the right dog is the reason for sending a deposit.

I accept CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT cards through PAYPAL. Just let me know in advance and I can send you an e-bill that instructs you what to do in order to pay with those cards. Paypal charges me 3.5% Pay pal fee to allow you to use their service so you will need to add a 3.5% amount to any and all payments..I'm not making money with you using this service. You only pay what Paypal charges me. I also accept personal checks if it is more than 10 days to delivery of your new friend (puppy). If it is a shorter period of time, I only accept money orders.
